Presenters will include the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the US Patent and Trademark Office, David Kappos, Commissioner for Patents, Robert L. Stoll, National Inventors Hall of Fame® Inductee, Art Fry, co-inventor of Post-It® Notes and successful inventor George A. Peters, Jr. inventor of The Mitt®.

Visit the website of the USPTO for information about patents and trademarks for independent inventors.

For more information, contact the Inventors Assistance Center (IAC), which provides patent information and services to the public. The IAC is staffed by former Supervisory Patent Examiners and experienced Primary Examiners who answer general questions concerning patent examining policy and procedure.
